Film Photography

Lumiere de Toulouse. France, 2000.

One of my earliest photos of which I am still happy.  A testament to the "F8 and Be There" rule of photography and not any photographic skill on my part.

Lazy Day with Sea Lions on the Wharf. 2016

How to tell seals and sea lions apart?
Sea lions have small flaps for outer ears. The “earless” or “true” seals lack external ears altogether. You have to get very close to see the tiny holes on the sides of a seal’s sleek head.

The area of Dogliani is especially suited to the cultivation of the Dolcetto grape, whose presence here is documented in a manuscript from 1432, discovered in the municipal archives.
